Patrol Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop on Terrill
Road for a motor vehicle violation. Upon further investigation, it was
discovered that the driver, Emmanuel Williams, a 25-year-old East Orange
resident, had two active warrants for his arrest. The warrants originated from
Springfield Township and Montville Township. Williams was released on his own
recognizance with a new court date scheduled for both townships.
